All Hatha Yoga and Zazen classes are taught by Reverend Ryugen Watanabe and the monks. There is a $10.00 suggested donation for yoga and $8 for zazen.

During the day, Reverend Watanabe is available for private instruction in yoga, meditation, and spiritual counseling. Many people have found these sessions very helpful and have made a firm and ongoing connection with Reverend Watanabe through them.
|
Reverend Watanabe is also available for house blessings and other outside services as requested. House blessing is suggested for people who have just moved into a new home or who want to purify negative energies present.
